"We chose this home based upon the location and the pictures. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed in the overall appearance of the gounds. It was definitely more run down than the pictures portrayed. The entire complex needs some paint and lots of TLC. The house itself was fine, but it is advertised as OK for long term guests and I would have to disagree with that. "The 3 BEDROOM HOUSE THAT I RENTED HAD A PROBLEM, WHEN IT RAINED AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS A PUDLE OF WATER FORMED. COULD NOT TELL WHERE THE WATER CAME FROM IT APEARED TO BE SEAPING THROUGH THE WALL.
