"We booked a short stay for our wedding anniversary. When riverside cottage came up as an option we snapped it up. The location is stunning from every angle. The cottage is both traditional with exposed beams and the thick stone walls you would expect but with modern touches for comfort. The babbling river outside and the welcome party of birds each morning added to the relaxing vibe. The horses in the field opposite were the icing on the cake. Lovely touches of chocolate love spoons and prosecco...

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage for 3 nights with the family, including dogs. Great communication throughout from the hosts. Properly was very clean and in a beautiful area too - not far from Watkin path. The village itself has lots to see and do, with lakeside walks and local shops, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend. "We booked in for a spontaneous one night getaway based on positive reviews online and were pleased to find our expectations exceeded. We had a spacious and well appointed room with a four-poster bed and view towards the mountains that was just what we needed after a tough week. Staff were lovely and struck the perfect balance between friendly and professional. The Sunday carvery from the in-house restaurant was excellent all round. No sooner had we returned home and I was already recommending Aberduant Halll to friends. We'll certainly be back!"
