"I had a wonderful stay at this small, friendly hotel. The staff were genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived and went out of their way to be helpful throughout my visit. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their local knowledge and kindness made a real difference. The atmosphere is relaxed, personal, and far more attentive than you’d ever get in a larger hotel. A great place to stay if you value warmth, comfort, and people who truly care about their guests. Highly recommended."

"Disgusting. Booked a room for 2 nights, roughly two months in advance. Afyer hearing nothing ckose to the check i date i began messaging them to ask about parking, check invtime etc. The b&b never responded to my messages that I began sending for 3 weeks before we arrived, and never even bothered to answer the phone upon our arrival. We were left out on the street in Terrasini as they never bothered to honor the reservation. Even Expedia couldn't reach them, absolutely disgusted with this hotel DO NOT BOOK HERE you will be stranded in another country out on the street, they took my money and left us on the street quite literally. Be aware, that our booking was through Expedia but reviews on bookings.com show they did this to someone else previously as well, so they have a history of doing this to travellers. Thank goodness we had a rental car to be able to go elsewhere or it would have been even more difficult. We were upgraded by Expedia to a resort with tennis, mini golf, all meals included, pretty much everything we could imagine but regardless, this b&b's behavior is inexcusable."

"The house is ecclectic to say the least. Needs a fair bit of work, but overall more than OK for our stay. The kitchen probably needs the most work. No central A/C but each bedroom has a mini-split, so it was comfortable for sleeping. The porch facing the beach was positively perfect for morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail. Getting around the town of Cinisi/Terrasini isn't super easy. Be perpared for some GPS frustration."

"We had a really wonderful stay here. The villa is lovely, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering and the rooms very comfortable with good working air con. We would highlight that the 2nd floor bedrooms are up a spiral staircase which would not be good for young children or those with mobility issues. The upper bedrooms are dormer style with sloping ceilings but my teenage kids were happy and comfortable in them. The garden is beautifully kept. The pool is a good size with plenty of seating areas and lovely views of the hills which turn a beautiful colour in the evening light.The walk to the beach is easy and takes 10-15 mins. The beach is quite busy and bustling. There are bars to watch the beautiful sunset from. The walk to town is around 15-20mins with plenty of restaurants and cafes, a few smaller grocery shops and a cash point. We managed without a hire car. Taxis can be hired and the host also gave us the number of a reliable driver too. You can get an aircon coach cheaply into Palermo and we also went on the boat cruise from the Terrasini harbour to see a few more locations around the coast which was well worth the money. Before we went we worried about the proximity to the airport landing strip but this was not a problem at all. The noise is not loud or overly regular. Our host was lovely and was a huge help when we had a slight medical emergency, we couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend this villa!"
