「My partner and I stayed in this great unit for Alumni weekend. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is great. Bed is lower than normal for me, my 50 year old alumni body made do! My partner played in the Alumni lacrosse game - easy drive and location to everything you could imagine fun in Chico. Great alleyway parking area.Well lit at night which I loved. Great drapes. AC worked wonderfully. The stay was super pleasant and quiet at night. Decor inside is pleasant, modern with some 70 cool vibes....

「This place was awesome. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Very unique place and our host Karen thought of everything including snacks and drinks in the fridge. The fresh cut flowers were just another great touch.The bed was comfortable beyond belief and the water pressure in the shower was a pleasant surprise. The quiet neighborhood made it easy to sleep in a little extra in the morning. A quick 4 minute drive got us to Chico State/Downtown to hang with our son who is a student.I would highly...

「Came to Paradise for a family event and found the accommodations to be quite nice, unit is very clean and the view of the canyon is perfect when enjoying coffee in the morning. Was good to have dedicated parking, no need to worry about is the spot going to be open when I return. The place is located within 10 minutes of local grocery, Starbucks, restaurants etc. There’s a nice park called Billie Park which was great for getting out and stretching legs and is pet friendly as well.
