This was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay. The only problem I had was the building was a long way from the parking and the grass was super long so we got soaking wet just trying to walk to the car. The breakfast was not worth €10 in our opinion. The room itself was very nice and it was super quiet and pretty.

Very friendly staff and exceptionally helpful and caring that we had everything we need. Helping with all questions and lots of tips. The house was charming. Very clean. Beautiful Italian countryside style. And the nature around is amazing.

The property is quiet and very beautiful! We had an awesome time. The restaurant has organic food made at the farm. There’s a nice beach close by.

Good place
Overall, the apartment was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred not to have to drive to the dining area. It’s a great place for families, but sound carries throughout the lodging.

A (mostly) peaceful oasis
My wife and I stayed here for one very relaxing night. The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable, the restaurant serves locally-sourced farm-fresh food (the beef is from their own farm and is delicious) and the rooms are wonderful. Thr property is ideally located for those wanting to hike or cycle in the nearby nature preserve. They also offer horseback riding if you are so inclined. Our room (Room 8) was a standard room, but was plenty big for two people, had a very comfortable bed and my favorite shower in Italy. The only downside is the occasional road noise coming from traffic +/- 1 km away (a major road), but we didn’t hear it at night. An all-around wonderful stay.

Best place we stayed in Italy
When we arrived in our very comfortable room, the heater wasn't working. The staff organised a temporary one, and once their "handy man" realised he couldn't fix it, they got someone in, and it was fixed straight away. Excellent customer service. The man who fixed it, even came into the restaurant later to see if everything was OK! A lovely quiet place, with beautiful rooms and staff in the hotel and restaurant who wanted to make your stay pleasant. We had been in Italy for nearly two weeks, and this was the first place we stayed in that had a 21st century, cosmopolitan feel. Once off the motorway, follow the white signs that have green writing on them. It is a little confusing straight off the motor way.

Best stay of our holiday
The staff were super helpful, we got lost and she called us to see where we were and helped with directions. Room was lovely and spacious, very clean, good amenities. On site restaurant was amazing, the fact the waitress spoke very little English made it more authentic, the best meal we had in Italy. All of the meat came from the farm along with the wine. Both accommodation and food very well priced! Stunning location wish we had longer there!

Interesting concept
Stopover between Cinque Terre and Naples. Very lovely place. Farm property with beautifully converted rooms. Dinner was fabulous! Fresh from the farm. Staff friendly and helpful.

A jewel in Maremma
Beautiful and serene location. Noble horses and lots of nature to see and experience. Nice and compitent personel! The food was realy good and the vine excelent.

Di passaggio una notte,siamo stati benissimo. Un luogo di assoluta pace in mezzo alla campagna.Stanza grande e comoda,colazione con ben 3 torte fatte in casa e,dopo colazione,una passeggiata a vedere i cavalli. Impagabile !

Il posto è molto tranquillo, si trova all interno del parco e punto di partenza di un percorso ad anello che arriva al mare, molto bello ma anche molto faticoso. Il personale è molto gentile, ottimo anche il ristorante annesso alla struttura.

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo soggiorno in un altrettanto bella struttura in mezzo alla natura e agli animali. Camera come presentata nel sito, molto bella e spaziosa (noi abbiamo prenotato la suite), bagno arredato benissimo con sanitari nuovi. Un 10 e lode per la pulizia che veniva fatta regolarmente con estrema attenzione. Un 10 e lode merita anche Enrico,il gestore del maneggio che con la sua professionalità e cortesia è riuscito a trasmettermi molto. Il ristorante della struttura è ottimo, piatti abbondanti e di qualità e prezzo veramente medio basso. Da migliorare sicuramente è la colazione, scarsa e ripetitiva e la cura, pulizia e attenzione delle parti comuni, quali reception, sala colazioni ecc.ecc.

Gentilissimo, La ringraziamo per il Suo giudizio. Vorremmo precisare che il supplemento richiesto per il soggiorno degli animali è dovuto al fatto che per riassettare la camera dopo essere stata occupata da un qualsiasi animale devono essere usati dei prodotti specifici per l'igenizzazione della sistemazione in modo che se, chi viene dopo fosse allergico al pelo di animali non corra dei rischi. In oltre il tempo e le modalità impiegate per le pulizie è maggiore e diverso da quello impiegato in una stanza dove non ha soggiornato un cane. La pulizia degli alloggi per noi è fondamentale ed è uno dei nostri punti di vanto, rimaniamo a Sua disposizione per qualsiasi chierimento. Cordiali Saluti Tatiana Direzione Tenuta Uccellina

Tolle und Wichtige info's/tips an der Rezeption!!! Keine internet obwohl ausgeschrieben, keine tägliche Reinigung oder Tucherwechsel, Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Badezimmer sehr sehr klein, Schlafsofa nur für kleine Kinder geeinigt (unkomfortable), Fenster schliessen nicht richtig.

Sul sito appare vicino a una spiaggia privata che in realtà è raggiungibile solo in 30 minuti e solo con una jeep disponibile solo la mattina. La colazione è modesta e ripetitiva. Non buon rapporto qualità- prezzo.

Oasi di tranquillità
La struttura è un'oasi di tranquillità nel Parco dell'Uccellina. Ho soggiornato nella dependance distante circa 600 metri dalla struttura principale e l'appartamento era bellissimo, curato, molto pulito e dotato di tutto l'occorrente. Struttura assolutamente consigliata.

proximité de l'autoroute et de la voie de chemin de fer, appartement vieillissant au 1er étage sans balcon (loin des photos parues sur le site- moisissure dans la douche) seul point positif : l'excursion sur la plage privée et déserte (galets et pas sable à savoir) en jeep.

Ein sehr schönes Haus
Wir waren schon das 3. mal im Tenuta Uccelina. Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption ist immer herzlich und das Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war stets sauber und aufgeräumt. Ganz besonders gefällt uns die Ruhe und der abgeschiedene Privatstrand, den wir mittels Shuttleservice erreichen können. Das Frühstück hat sich zum positiven verbessert. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr gut aber preislich etwas gehoben. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und werden auch im nächsten Jahr wieder dort hin reisen.

pace nel parco della Maremma
sono andato con mia moglie e mia figlia che mi hanno accompagnato in un viaggio di lavoro; abbiamo preso un appartamento con due camere grandi e un salotto con angolo cottura. il posto è splendido, completamente isolato in un parco magnifico. L'appartamento è arredato bene, unica pecca i 2 televisori troppo piccoli. non c'è WiFi, non funzionano neanche i cellulari....ottimo per il riposo. Colazione a base di prodotti locali di eccellente qualità e dolci fatti in casa. Il ristorante dell'hotel ha ottimo vino, ottimi piatti della tradizione toscana ed una carne eccellente. la simpatia e gentilezza del personale e dei padroni hanno completato un quadro decisamente positivo. Da ritornare in estate!
