「Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.」

「Rooms are not clean, filthy carpets, spiders and webs in areas of ceiling. No hand wash, people clearly smoking when they shouldn't be. We could smell cigarettes in our room and all down the corridor. Breakfast is chaos, people grabbing at everything, at times no plates or bowls left. One of the days we paid for breakfast so we could have a warm...

Our daughter was delighted to find free sweets available for children. The family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the...
