「De netheid is op het eerste zicht in orde. Als je in de kasten kijkt (vb. onder de gootsteen) is dit veel minder. Het verblijf is naderhand opgedeeld in 2 verblijven. Foto's geven ook beelden van zolderverblijf dat niet tot dit woondeel behoorde. 2 verblijven enkel gescheiden door standaard binnendeur die 'op slot is met binnensleutel'. Bijzonder veel lawaaihinder door medebewoners in ander gedeelte. Als zitgedeelte is enkel kapotte zitbank met TV achter je rug beschikbaar.

「Espectacular!!!
Definitivamente el mejor lugar para quedarse en el Lago di Como.
Acceso directo a la playa, cerca de la estación de tren, ferry y autobús.
Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades.
Y lo mejor de todo, las atenciones de Stefy y Bepe (los propietarios), siempre atentos y dispuestos para hacer que la estancia sea lo más placentera.
Me hubiera gustado pasar más días ahí, sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo y cuando regrese al Lago me hospedaré de nuevo con...

「The property is absolutely top-notch. The location is STUNNING!! My only problem was, being a person with mobility issues (I walk with a cane), I didn't realize that there were over 50 steps down to reach the property. Otherwise, we enjoyed everything about it, and only wish we could have stayed longer!」

「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」
