“Excellent stay: rooms are clean and comfortable. A/C worked great, shower was awesome and surrounding views are beautiful. Great restaurants in town as well as small grocery store and ATM.
Property manager was polite, courteous and helpful (he met us at the property). He had the hottub waiting for us nice and hot!”

“We stayed at the Banyan cottage and it was lovely. Up on a hill, very private. It had screens so no need to worry about bugs. The cooking area was nicely done so that you could cook breakfast easily.
The property is gorgeous and you really feel like you're in the middle of the rainforest by yourself. Very relaxing. We ate in the restaurant on site (you need to let them know you're coming) and the meals were fantastic. The owner is great and wants to be sure everything is acceptable. A great……

“Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. Accommodations are basic but sufficient, if you are looking for an experience more like Dominica than a luxury hotel, Berkey's place is fine. Access to the property is straightforward and……
