「We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house! The 2 bedrooms provided enough space for our large family. The kitchen area looked small, but somehow had everything we needed and more. Cat was super responsive and came out to drop off extra linen that we'd forgotten to request in advance. The location was perfect for our trip to Black Canyon of the Gunnison, and we will definitely recommend it to others looking to stay in Montrose.」

「We had a GREAT time. The house is very comfortable. Drinking coffee or whatever on the porch and watching rabbits, birds, deer, and sunsets was relaxing. Lots of room under the carport for the motorcycle. Proximity to great motorcycle riding is wonderful. Would definitely do it again. 」

「All the items in the yard were spread out everywhere it would be better if they were all consolidated into a cabinet-type area so that you just didn't have to walk around every little thing. There was no mirror in the yard which would be nice to have, there was a sleeper sofa but there was no bedding for the sofa which we used good thing I had something in my vehicle. Outside there was a smell of some dead animal which was not enjoyable. I will say that the lady that I had to call on the phone...
