「房間整潔」

「Able to check in early by messaging with the Orange Door. Great location for us to get to Lords and Camden Market using Public Transport (ie Buses). Bus stops just outside the property. Cafe close by for Breakfast and dinner. Shop available close by for general needs.」

「Clean and comfortable room albeit small. Well decorated and stylish. No teaspoons or milk. Coffee was solid in a jar so not drinkable. Room was not made up properly after the first night, 1 wet towel removed and 1 wet towel left on the floor but neither replaced despite leaving them in the shower to indicate that they needed changing. No new tea or milk left. As we didn't return to our room until late we couldn't contact anyone. TV only works if their WiFi worked, that was very haphazard....

「It's a relatively small room with a bed on a mezzanine level. Stairs are steep to the bed, but fine if you free up on a boat. The tap in the kitchen worked but was not attached to the sink - some plumbing needed. The studio was cleaned, but could do with a lick of paint, especially on the door which looked as though it had been attacked by a mythical creature in a Ben Aaronovitch novel. The people in the room/flat above us were kind enough to ensure we knew we weren't alone, and trekked back...

「It was a good location for Lords and Paddington walking. Room was clean enough although we had to complain as no pillowcases on thd bed this was dealt with reasonably efficiently after we called them.Didnt see any staff . Kitchen was okay had all we needed however we didn't think quality was of a very good standard. We couldn't sleep as room was too light and we didn't use the masks provided as they made sleep even less likely. Very low water pressure in the shower . It didn't suit us so...

「We specially booked a 2 bedroom apartment, which was confirmed in our Expedia booking. When we arrived it was a 1 bed with a sofa bed. This aside, the kitchen cupboard was off the wall, the bath was cracked, the tiles were broken and so was the dressing table and mirror. We communicated all of this to the host and their only answer, was that they would cancel the booking (as we are stood in the apartment) and give us a refund. We had no choice but to do this and were left in London trying to...

「DO NOT STAY HERE I left my AirPods in the apartment after checking out. I contacted the host immediately and tried calling — no answer. Seven hours later, I was finally told they'd "sort it out" and I could collect them the following week. Reassuring, given that my AirPods were, at that exact moment, on the move across London. When I called to ask why my belongings were wandering the city without me, the host told me my personal property "wasn't their problem." Shortly afterwards, the AirPods...

「Arrived London early at 8 am am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning. While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet. Wish...
