“Cliveden is truly an amazing place to experience! We have stayed here before and this time was even better. Their staff is also absolutely amazing! We had quite a journey getting to England because our original flight to Paris was canceled so we got to Paris later than anticipated and then the trains to England were down because of the heat wave so we couldn't get to London as originally planned either. After over 24 hours of airports and traveling, canceled flights, missing non refundable……

“Good hotel”

“No air con on my room as it was broken! And they didn’t have another room for me. The room was ok, but very dark as I needed to keep the curtains shut to keep out the sun and there was only one very old bedside table lamp. I stayed for 2 nights but my room wasn’t serviced. I seriously question the 4* rating here, although the pool area was lovely”

“Good chain hotel”

“This hotel seems to be run by friendly family and people. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. It was also quiet and considerated place to sleep at night, we enjoyed our stay.”

“It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!”
