"There were a lot of things that went wrong with our visit. I arrived in a taxi with another family and we received our wristbands at the gate without instructions as to which room belonged to each family, so we found out when we guessed incorrectly as the wristband provided didn't work for the respective room.
Then everything about the property depended on accessing an app we couldn't download, so we had difficulty navigating the property and making reservations. We tried to make reservations at...

"Property and staff were all 11/10 unfortunately the apartments face a rail depot, which is ok in the daytime but trains run all night and when the drivers turn up at 05.30 and move all the trains out, you are awake!
Place however is lovley, if you can request a room away from the railway, i highly recommend it"
