“Quick responses by staff! Comfortable bed! Gorgeous amenities! Loved the location was right down from Tandem Coffee!”

“Very lovely boutique hotel in downtown Portland, Maine. Small rooms, and there is no storage, so you have to live out of your suitcase for a couple of days. And there is no table and only one chair so that’s a negative, if you want to work in your room or have room service, there’s nowhere to sit and eat. The walk-in range shower is great, bathroom is lovely, but the water pressure in the bathroom sink is terrible. But overall, a lovely hotel, if I stayed again, probably just for one night. They……

“Excellent stay! We were welcomed with complimentary blueberry wine and the concierge helped carry our bags to our room. Noting that they told us we'd receive a text with a link to order breakfast food, and we never received anything. Had to go down the street to purchase breakfast!”

“Excellent ”

“Overall a good stay, The room was clean , staff were very helpful. Our only concerns were the HVAC in our room was very noisy and hard to regulate, we ended up turning it off completely which made the room stuffy. That may have been user error. Breakfast was unacceptable, scrambled eggs were rubbery and cold as was the Bacon. Not a great benefit.”

“Sink didn't drain and mirror above it stuck out from the wall too far to properly turn on faucet. They're also charging for parking, which is a new policy since the last time we stayed there and is nuts given the massive parking lot that is never full.”

“Just stayed one night, everything was fine.”

“早餐可以再丰富一点”

“My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the moment I arrived, there were problems. The cable TV was not working, and the Wi-Fi connection was terrible, making it difficult to use the internet.”

“Centrally located in the Old Port, with views of the harbor, this was a last minute — therefore pricey — excellent find for a fall weekend getaway. Stylish, elegant rehab of 19th century granite industrial building. Whimsical decor notes referring to 19th century owner Evalina Fox. Nicely appointed kitchenette — though if you came to Portland for the foodie scene, you might end up just using it for breakfast, as we did. Only sour note was the disco music (coming in via the ventilation……

“room was very modern, however some areas did not look well cleaned (edge if the bed had some dried white liquid). the surrounding area has nice shops but is very sketchy at night. did not feel comfortable with the parking situation. also at 6am sounded like maintenance or cleaning crew was constantly in and out of the elevator making tons of noise. was good for a night but wouldnt stay again.”

“Good breakfast and the room is clean.”
