“Wonderful hotel and experience. I had a córner room with great light. Just the right size. Good shower and bathroom. Very attentive service. Wonderful spaces around the lobby for informal meetings, quiet work or reading. The bar is a bit small, but offers service also on the terrace outside. The restaurant Amandine has a great reputation with my Chilean friends and clients. But I did not try it. ”

“Recém inaugurado estive no inicio de set/25 com meu marido e filhos pequenos e o apartamento cheirava novo. Os utensílios da cozinha ( panelas, forma, pratos, copos e talheres) aparentemente nunca tinham sido utilizados. O apartamento é muito confortável, o prédio apresenta uma ótima estrutura com piscina aquecida e coberta, jacuzzi, academia e um ótimo café da manhã. Os atendentes são prestativos, porém em algumas situações são confusos, acredito que com o tempo isso será será resolvido.……

“This is a good hotel! The location is so convenient for Bellavista bars and nightlife, short walk to Funicular for spectacular view of this city. The hotel has friendly, helpful staff, great rooms, a sort of art deco feel. Nice breakfast. The rooftop bar is cool, with city views, food menu..great for a chill out evening.”

“This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work. If you are lucky the staff will assist, but if you go to the 2nd floor restaurant from your……

"It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard."
