「The first thing you notice is very nice personnel who speak better English than the reception of airport Hilton does. The second thing - the property is huge and somewhat worn out. But after 5 nights I got used to it. The crowd is mixed - both backpackers and mature couples. There are both dorms and private room at the property. I wish there was a walking tour on offer, these things are more fun than a van from Chiletour. In general, I wish there were better tours on offer. But I don't know...

「Far away from main city but close to the Los Heroes station where you can take railway to other places or bus which only cost 1500 Chilean Peso from the airport.」

「Location location location, provedencia is a place to be! If I was going to live in Santiago I would live here. The hostel itself is nice and friendly, I found it to be very safe. The breakfast available is good, self serve, although I never had the dinner it is available for free as well. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking, in fact every thing is within walking distance. TIP- use Uber instead of taxi!」
