"Beautiful property "

"I visited this property with my daughters and friends. This property was beautiful and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only bad about this was the concierge. We were told we needed to pick up a welcome package and wristbands from her. We did try but found out she was only available from 2pm to 7pm. We expressed we had plans during those times and she still continued to call, message and leave us notes. We did finally manage to catch up to her she wanted to know where my husband was. I informed her, I was there with my daughters, and my husband was at home she set 2 wristbands on the counter and dismissed me. No welcome package or anything further. I loved this resort and would have loved to give it 5 stars throughout, but she really ruined it for me. "

"10/10 would recommend! Ideal for couples old/young. Tons of hotel activities included in your stay. Try the bike ride scavenger hunt, poolside bingo, poolside sushis and much more. We will return to Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach. Cheers! "

"The staff were extremely pleasant. We enjoyed having access to the bikes. Having access to beach towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella was so convenient. Thank you to all the staff for a very pleasant vacation!"

"Such a nice getaway my husband and I had at the ISO. From our room we could look out at the pool and beautiful ocean. Super comfy bed and pillows. Great size room. The staff is super nice and helpful. So friendly too! I will definitely stay there again once I get back to Kauai "

"Central to downtown shops. Loved the walking path….walked miles everyday. Felt safe.Condo clean and had all that was needed to use the kitchen to make meals. Grounds were well maintained. Would definitely stay there again!"
