Villa VIP is a modern, newly built villa with a swimming pool. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms, 2 guest toilets and can accommodate up to 9 people (8 adults + 1 child)
The villa consists of two house halves or two residential units with separate entrances. Each half has a living area with an open kitchen and dining area as well as a guest toilet and a balcony. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, en-suite bathrooms, TV/SAT and balcony.
Several terraces with seating and the heated swimming pool with sun loungers and outdoor shower invite you to relax. A gas grill is available. The entire property is fenced. A garage and parking spaces at the house are available.

Really big property and in good condition - the area is hard to navigate without a car as its up a steep hill and still feels like a building site. but the property has loads of space and is as described.
