I booked this hotel because it showed online that check-in was at 2 PM. However, upon arrival, they couldn’t find my reservation. To make things worse, the receptionist didn’t understand English. After a long and exhausting conversation, she finally located my booking.
But the issues didn’t stop there — I was told no rooms were available, and I had to wait in a long queue. Eventually, I left my luggage in the lobby and went for Umrah.
When I returned, I was given a 2-bed room despite booking a 3-bed. The room was extremely run-down — dirty beds, no towels, filthy carpet, and a leaking bathroom.
Not recommended at all.

Language was one of the big barriers as the staff would only speak Arabic and no English what so ever.
Rooms were dirty with cockroaches and in my 2 week stay rooms were not cleaned not even once.
No towels or the toiletries provided.
Very far from haram, had to take taxi.

A very good location for a person's needs during umrah, hajj or just a leisure trip. Resturants, superstores, pharmacies, transport, etc. are at the doorstep. Free buses to haram available at a walk of just 1000m from the hotel.

I paid £243 for 6 nights and I did not check in because the place is far away from the Haram and I was to call them and discuss the issue but they don’t have any contact information
