Die Kommunikation ist katastrophal. Ich bekomme E-Mails von Belvilla, Hometogo und dem Beach Resort Makkum. In einer E-Mail steht, wir müssten 15 € pro Nacht für unseren Hund bezahlen, also würden zwei Nächte 30 € kosten. Wir haben aber 42,50 € bezahlt. In einer anderen E-Mail heißt es, wir müssten diesen Betrag zahlen, in der zweiten noch zusätzlich zwei Reinigungsgebühren? Kurz gesagt, es ist total undurchsichtig. Das Ferienhaus selbst war einwandfrei.

Anlage und Umgebung sehr schön das Haus könnte eine Renovierung vertragen viele Flecken und manche Sachen sind sehr verwohnt dafür ist der Preis zu teuer . Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut.Geschirr war auch nicht sauber alles nochmals sauber gemacht weiß nicht wie man sowas verlassen kann. Personal ist sehr freundlich.
