“The Paloma Hotel is a very good hotel. The staff is very friendly. Our room was very big and exactly the way we ordered it. Different from other hotels in Ghana all the amenities work like the air-conditioning and the hotel even has an elevator. The Paloma Hotel was the only hotel in Ghana we stayed in with an elevator. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The only thing missing was a hand towel, but that is not at all a necessity. The water in the hotel was perfect as well as the……

“The old concept of offering genuine “service with a smile” is a rare thing these days but is alive and well in the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel in Accra. From first contact, the standard of customer service was exceptional.
A 2-hour flight delay late made us worry that the free hotel transport would be long gone but as we exited Accra’s brand spanking new Terminal 3, it was great to see our name on a board held by the Regency’s friendly and approachable driver.
