Since we travelled as a family, they allowed us to do an advance order of food in their resto while our kids were swimming in the pool. “I booked this hotel in advance because I was truly looking forward to a relaxing vacation after a 19-hour flight. Sadly, my experience here was incredibly disappointing. The first room I was given was unacceptable: no drinking water, an unplugged refrigerator, an unclean comfort room, and an air conditioner that barely worked. “***RUN WHILE YOU CAN My bed had little black bugs all over it. The room had a pungent odor and it is very noisy. When I confronted the receptionist about the bugs, bugs started crawling on the counter as she casually squashed them and flicked them away as to not have evidence disrupting our wonderful conversation. I didn't stay and had to go and check into another hotel. I requested a refund but unfortunately even though they said they would FULLY refund but had to go thru expedia, they are……
