“Close to airport and zoo”

“The room was fine. It was smaller then it looked in the pictures. It's near the road where they were doing road construction all night. We got little sleep.”

“Had to move rooms for live roaches - saw 5 in the first few minutes. From desk employee acknowledged their was a pest problem and moved us to another floor. ”

“The staff service was very good, and the breakfast was good. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the pool is not heated, and the water was very cold, so we couldn’t swim.”

“Great location directly on the beach. Nice pool and beach access. Rooms seem recently updated. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels (beach and bath). Staff was very friendly and responsive. One thing that could improve our stay would be some sort of shower caddy or shelf. There was no spot in the shower for shampoo/soap. Overall a great spot and we would stay again.”

“The motel could be better. There’s a whole bunch of unmatched indoor type of chairs and sofas outside the rooms that make the place feel getto. We arrived early hoping to be able to get our suitcases checked in so we can enjoy the beach but there was no one at the front desk even though the sign said the person would be there at 10am. She arrived around 11:30am. When another guest called the number posted, the man who answered was extremely rude to her. Once the lady who runs the place……

“Element did not disappoint! We were looking for a beachfront property and not only did the beautiful beach impress - just steps from the pool deck, the array of other amenities made this the perfect property for our R&R stay. Breakfast was plentiful - especially stellar was Patty, the weekday breakfast hostess, and daily grill features and a yogurt bar too! The front desk staff, Bryan and Emily, provided lovely ideas for dinner spots and the complimentary shuttle was our chariot to and from……

“The first night i had to call multiple times to the front desk about people above running around and jumping it was 10:30pm. My phone didn't work and only a few tv chanels worked. But everything else was good.”

“Amazing place to stay in Sebastian. Walking distance from several restaurants, including an Italian restaurant with the best garlic rolls we've ever had and some of the best pizza! We took a few day trips out to Sebastian Inlet State Park and saw dolphins, manatees, crabs, a sting ray and lots of fish. We think snorkeling there will be better in the summer time. Our place was well equipped with any kitchen items one would need and beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were a little bit……
