“Host Elena was most gracious and helpful. Information on how things work in the apartment was available. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is in the old part of the city but close to trams, restaurants, and shops which made it a bit noisy at night. Our only real issue was the corruped Vrbo directions message which made it difficult to find. ”

“The apartment was not clear to find. We had to try multiple doors on different floors to find the place. The owner did not reply to my question as to location for about an hour later. We were nervous getting our luggage up 2 floors of straight up stairs in the dim lit hallway. We sat on the bed in the main room and it was hard and lumpy. We decided this was an uncomfortable place and didn't want to fall straight down 2 sets of floors. We returned the key and notified the owner. We notified VRBO……
