“Beautiful house, great location. Nothing cheap and cheerful in it, all good quality items from cutlery to bed linen Enjoyed a lovely family Easter break and our dog loved it!”

“Very nice spacious apartment Lovely views and great location Car park is very small and tight Above a pub so can be noisy The pubs kitchen fan is on the balcony which is quite loud so not a very peaceful sit on the balcony Lots of kitchen essentials and games Comfy beds!”

“The property was fine, being met with a pair of underpants on the outside banister didn’t bode well, but once inside it was fine. We are in our seventies so going downstairs in the morning with two cups of tea wasn’t ideal but we worked around it. The place was clean and very well equipped although we ate out every day. Salcombe is very niche and expensive although very beautiful and the natives were friendly enough. There are some lovely views a hilly walk away. There are National Trust gardens……

“Die Parksituation war etwas kompliziert und kostenfrei zu parken war nicht ganz einfach.”

“I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again.”

“The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat……

“To be honest, I was expecting a little bit more when it said condo. The good points close to the city close to the train station is access to shops there is Parking around the corner for £10 for 24 hours and it was quite quiet where I was. The bad not terribly clean dead flies all on the windowsill. The dish cloth had Brown stains all over it the half……

“For us it was an excellent location. It was clean and comfortable and our hosts were very friendly.”

“Staff was easily approachable and good communication”

“Excellent apartment with good balcony view. Comfy bed and sofa. Would use again.”
