「Somebody got shot and killed right in front of my room. Room was clean」

「Room was clean, beds comfy, normal wear and tear but at least affordable compared to every other similar type hotel in Abilene!」

「I recently reserved a room for a work colleague at this property, and the condition of the room he was given was completely unacceptable. He arrived to find poop and mucus stains on the bed sheets and vomit stains on the floor. This is far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or hospitality. Because of this experience, we will not be booking future stays at your property. I am requesting that this issue be addressed promptly, as no guest should encounter conditions like these. 」

「The room was extremely dirty. The air conditioner was icing up and dripping water onto the floor. The towels were also very dirty. The carpet was dirty as well. Even there was garbage in the corner of the floor and the wall. The girl at the front desk had a very nice attitude.」

「Yes, the room was very nice. The problem was the loud music coming from the pool area and workout room which was right below my room. It pumped bass music all night, and I could feel it through the floor. I should have called down at midnight to tell front desk to turn music off.I did let them know this morning that I heard it all night long.」

「My room was DISGUSTING when I checked in, it clearly had not been cleaned and the front desk was aware of it because they weren’t surprised AT ALL when I called to tell them and see if I could get a different room-which I couldn’t because they had no other rooms. Hair on the comforter, sheets AND pillows. Several pillow cases were dirty and didn’t smell clean. The bathroom floor had hair all over it also. Food crumbs under the bed. What I’m assuming is poop left on the toilet seat. Dirt and mold...
