「Great hotel in a beautiful part of Santiago. Hotel is very clean and modern with spacious rooms and an excellent rooftop pool with views of mountains and the city. Staff were very helpful and stored our bags securely for us. Good breakfast.」

「Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience 」

O apartamento, incrivel! Predio tranquilo, com muitas facilidades (estacionamento, lavanderia, piscina). Tamanho do apartamento excelente para duas pessoas. Como padrão para oferecer a viajantes, faltou um cuidado adicional quanto a limpeza (estava empoeirado, copos mal lavados e inclusive quebrados no armario,...
