"The villa is perfect. We arrived in the evening., Paula made sure there were fresh pizzas, water, beer, fruit etc in the fridge. We didn’t hire a car but she took us to the local supermarket. Dishwasher Tablets, washing up liquid, washing tablets, extra toilet rolls, etc were all supplied. We used a local Sa Pobla taxi firm who were excellent for trips out. You can log onto Netflix, Amazon Prime accounts for the tv. The villa photos don’t do in justice, we have been staying at villas over 15...

"Amazing property. Everything well thought out and catered for. Highlights absolutely are the tennis court and stunning surrounds. We stayed 6 adults and 2 teens. Well equipped all around, nice comfortable kitchen, driveway big enough for 2 cars. 11 minute walk to nearest supermarket and pizzeria. 6 min walk to petrol station and local donner kebab shop. "Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed...

"We had a very great stay. The house was as described and in a very good condition. Due to a late flight we received the key via the keybox which worked perfect. As I was working remotely, I needed a good internet connection. The WiFi worked perfectly and also streaming a movie was not a problem. All in all I would surely stay at the house again. No complains."

"Wo fängt man an? In jeder Hinsicht ein super Urlaub. Wir wurden herzlichst von den Eigentümern begrüßt. Der Kühlschrank war mit einigen Leckereien bereits gefüllt. Der große Pool, das Grundstück, das Haus: Alles perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Müll und der Pool werden regelmäßig geholt/gereinigt. ( 2 mal die Woche ). Man ist für sich alleine und hat eine erholsame Ruhe. Für mich als Radfahrer ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für tolle Touren. Man möchte am liebsten die ganze Zeit am Haus...

"We were very comfortable here for 9 days! The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The town is small, quiet, and charming, and its central location means that almost anywhere on the island can be reached in an hour or less. "Beautiful villa with a really opulent feel.Best villa I have ever stayed in.Facilities were excellent as was the location,so peaceful and relaxing. Miguel the owner is lovely and we are very grateful to him for allowing us to stay in his magnificent home. Sineu is nice with an old world charm and the Wednesday market is very vibrant. "3 night stay exploring the area. Everything clean and tidy with friendly staff. Spa is free with one hour per day bookable which in practice means private use. Continental breakfast included which was fine. Hotel no longer operates a restaurant it seems; local dining options are limited but OK."
