“The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, from check in, to breakfast serving, to check out. Each person was happy and smiling during my stay. Room was clean and tidy, with all the usuals you would expect (ironing facilities, hairdryer, toiletries etc). Will stay there again if in the area.”

“Property had an event and it went on most of the night and really didnt gwt much sleep. Could have been roomed away the event and had the folks involved roomed closer to it. Since there weren't sleeping anyway?”

“We were visiting some ancestral homes in and around the area but this location was also really convenient for Cork and Cobh. Eric the host and owner was great - super helpful and checked in every day to make sure all was well. Full shared kitchen stocked with every convenience was also great - as was having a space to hangout besides the room to do some work. Plus fun to meet other guests.”

“The hotel was nice, with a restaurant and bar downstairs. The beds were stiff, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast choices were plentiful but, the scrambled eggs were runny and had some liquid added, it was the same at a previous hotel as well. It may be a cultural difference I am not use to though. The dinner was just absolutely amazing and delicious! You have to get the steak with dirty fries or the chicken plate! It will change your life, lol! The staff was very nice as well……

“Quirkie hotel very modern and different in the reception bar and lounge area. Excellent for being near the centre only 5/10 min walk . Was disappointed with our bedroom cleaner , because our mugs were on the shelf and were not cleaned once the 4 days we were there . That said breakfast had plenty choice but no fried eggs . We had a lovely time in Cork and surrounding area nice city and only 15 mins from airport .”

“The main entrance was not well signed and we ended up in staff parking. The property is large and expansive, sometimes making it difficult to find our way. That being said the property was beautiful and the rooms were nice. The main area was walkable and we had a nice meal.”
