“Hotel was a lovely relaxing trip. Food in restaurant was delicious and well presented . Rooms were lovely and quiet. Grounds were wonderful and well kept. ”

“No hagan reservas de este hotel por esta aplicación. Al llegar al lugar pasamos un muy mal rato porque el dueño nos indicó que ellos no trabajan con Hotels.con ni con Expedia porque no les pagan.”

“Las habitaciones del departamento tenían las alfombras asquerosas, manchadas, además el olor dentro era nauseabundo. Conseguí que la anfitriona nos cambiará de departamento, el cual estaba un poco un poco mejor, pero aún así deficiente. Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada de calefacción así que fue una noche terrible a pesar que dormimos con ropa, el frío fue insoportable.”

“Habitación limpia, espaciosa, bien decorada. La comunicación solo por WhatsApp estuvo bien. El establecimiento no tiene acceso a la terraza o áreas comunes que se muestran en la descripción del anuncio en la plataforma. Podrían mejorar la secadora de pelo, se recalienta a cada rato y no puedes secarte bien el cabello. No hay recepción en el edificio.”

“El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.”

“Rooms were clean, sparsely furnished but adequate for a short stay. The air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was good. The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful. I will stay here again. ”

“Cleaning of the could have been much better, I had to tell the front deal twice that the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Just by lookin at the windows we could see they were not cleaned for months. Too bad because the location was great.”

“The atmosphere was great thanks to the events organized by the hostel. The hostel is large, clean with several spaces to relax. The beds were comfortable and clean. There are lots of bathrooms which is great. The kitchens could use a few more utensils.”

“Despite the fact that the hotel has multiple international flags in front of it we have yet to find anyone in the hotel that speaks any English they didn't understand the process to check us in as internationals and we're looking for documentation even though they didn't recognize it when they saw it working with the Chilean government they wanted my license number on my car in the United States among other things.... We had to make another trip downstairs later in the evening after we'd already……

“Mi estadía fue corta, pero se notó mucho el cuidado en su servicio al cliente. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a orientarme y ayudarme con varias de mis inquietudes. El lugar está en una zona relativamente segura y tranquila, cerca de muchos restaurantes y con una vibra muy bonita.”
