“This is a very nice hotel, however they fail to communicate there was not every day clraning service, it was every 3 days and also did not provide clean towels every day”

“This property in the middle of everything and very conveniently located. If you need Wi-Fi, it’s very good. The bathroom is modern, the beds are comfortable. We didn’t get laundry service, but it’s available for a fee. The property is very clean and well lit. Please note that some properties are located on a higher floor if you have accessibility issues. The only recommendation I would make is that we were four adults, and so the second bedroom would benefit from a bigger bed to accommodate two……

“Las habitaciones del departamento tenían las alfombras asquerosas, manchadas, además el olor dentro era nauseabundo. Conseguí que la anfitriona nos cambiará de departamento, el cual estaba un poco un poco mejor, pero aún así deficiente. Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada de calefacción así que fue una noche terrible a pesar que dormimos con ropa, el frío fue insoportable.”

“Unfortunately I had a very distressing arrival but yhe hotel staff were fabulous, so kind and helpfuland helped me the best the could at the time, Francis and Nicholas you really are the best. The rooms was very clean although the shower could have had better water flow. I had one night that was fairly noisy until very early in the morning but the other nights were what you would expect staying in the centre of town. Plenty of good restaurants close by and very easy to get to main tourist……

“This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. Nice breakfast,……
