“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”

“This is a good hotel! The location is so convenient for Bellavista bars and nightlife, short walk to Funicular for spectacular view of this city. The hotel has friendly, helpful staff, great rooms, a sort of art deco feel. Nice breakfast. The rooftop bar is cool, with city views, food menu..great for a chill out evening.”

“The swimming pool was a disappointment to me. It is located at ground level next to the entrance. It opens into the bar area. Maybe ideal for pool parties and such like but not for a business traveller like me. Having said that I saw no-one using it when I was there. Gym was ok on level 2 - not same level as pool and not connected. But the hotel itself is modern, clean and very good”
