"My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was good, 20 mins or less to Saranac, about 30 or so mins to Lake Placid mirror lake. The house was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable, heating was more than adequate. The yard and lake access was fun. I will say if you have mobility issues, this is a bit tricky to reach the door in the snow. My mother-in-law needed lots of help. It was slick and the path to the front door was loose rocks. "My family had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, the house had everything we could need, we were close to everywhere we wanted to go, and the lake was beautiful and perfect for our fisherman son. We played games on the cold nights, had family dinners and the big table, a fire at night and hiked mountains close by. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to come back!"

"The house was exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable for a large group and conveniently located. The host was very responsive. I had a question about the WiFi password and Cherrie responded immediately to my text. We also had a question about the dishwasher and she had someone there in 20 minutes to solve the issue. "We just got back from our stay in Ray Brook and really loved the cabin. The furnishings were very nice, and the bed was super comfortable. The location is convenient to both Lake Saranac and Lake Placid, with lots of hiking trails nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of space to eat and play board games on the island. Our dog loved the windows and screened in porch. Highly recommend!"
