"The rooms had a musty smell. On the 2nd night we.saw.roaches.in the bathroom. The manager had someone come and spray the room that day. She didn't offer us a different room or a discount on our stay. We couldn't come back to our room for a few hours after they spayed. It was our last night and we couldn't find another hotel nearby so we had to spend our last night there. We saw another roach in the bathroom after the spraying. The hotel was very noisy. They were bringing new furniture in and there were trucks there early in the morning and the workers were talking loudly and yelling early in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Clean the beds were comfortable we were only there for one night it does say three bedrooms and I only saw two so I’m not sure what that was all about otherwise it was very nice and it was easy to deal with the owner"

"The house was very clean and very well appointed. The pool was beautiful and we appreciated the child proof security gate. The neighborhood was quiet, with little traffic, but convenient to shopping and dining. We enjoyed our stay very much. "

"The Expedia listing said “pay at property,” but I was charged through Expedia and then charged again by the hotel for the stay. On top of that, there were several hidden fees that were never clearly disclosed. The hotel charged $25 per day for parking in an almost empty lot, plus extra amenity fees for basic features that should already be included. The pools and other amenities were nothing special and did not justify the added cost. The food was overpriced for the quality, and I even found a bug in my room. Overall, the experience felt misleading and far more expensive than expected. Travelers should be aware of the extra charges before booking."

"This was a very nice home and the perfect location on the Terra Ceia Bay. Communication with the owner was seamless. The kitchen came well stocked with everything you could need for a stay. The pool was beautiful and the westerly exposure made for great sunsets. There was a kayak to use and even a few fishing poles. I would recommend this location with no reservation and look forward to a possible future stay. "

"We had a lovely stay at this property. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. Plenty of space for our family to sit and enjoy the sun or sit in the pool. The only thing I would’ve added would be some outdoor games like cornhole. The house had plenty of space for our family of 6. It was clean, and quaint. We would stay here again!"
