“Toilet door cannot be locked”

“We are both 80 and were put into the furthest room from the reception in the hotel, were asked if we wanted help with luggage but refused because we’re told our room was on ground level but we weren’t informed that the room was so far away. It made my husband ill carrying a heavy suitcase and two suit carriers so far. I then had to park the car an extra long way and on returning to the room I had a blister on my heel. It made our wedding attendance weekend not as enjoyable as it should have……

“The Room is not clean enough, the restaurant reception staff was not in good service. We left the restaurant and chose to dine in nearby hotel ”

“We loved the service. They went beyond themselves to help us and make our stay the most pleasant they could. We left to early for breakfast on the day of our flight, and they kept more than enough breakfast ready for us at the reception to take with us when we left. They had provided us with a fane as the AC did not work, however it did not really do it's job. There was plenty of towels and housekeeping did an excellent work! The property itself was a not up to standards. The outside could be……

“Very nice accommodation, clean and well appointed. Great shower, comfy bed and nice quality bedding. Breakfast was very good - tasty bacon and egg roll, yoghurts, cereals, fresh fruit. Highly recommended. ”

“Immaculate! A hidden gem. My room was beautifully appointed, the furnishings were so tasteful, the bed extremely comfortable with a variety of pillows. Super clean. The staff were not in your face but ready to help if required. The shared kitchen/laundry was such a good idea ..... why dont more accommodation places do this????? I stayed for six nights and will definately be back.”
