"As soon as I walked in the room smelled stale. The bathroom was full of mold and paint was damaged everywhere. The towels were very old and damaged. The sleeping area was not much better. The bed covers smelled old and had a couple of bugs on it. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Overall I will never stay at a Fairfield hotel again."

"The place was obviously unclean, the staff was barely professional, the front desk employee was rude the minute me and girlfriend walked in. She gave a a key to our room which was very disgusting dirty, the bedsheet was not washed the carpet looked like somebody died in there. With the smell and environment of that hotel I was forced to get out and find another hotel room and they refused to refund me even though I did not stay in that hotel. Worst hotel for anybody looking for nice and quiet place to stay."

"Breakfast menu is very limited, bagels, toast, scrambled eggs and sausage, they do have a pancake machine but besides the free breakfast you have a secure parking lot in front of the hotel. Hotel is well located downtown, a 15 min walk to the ballpark and roughly a 10 min walk to the Main Street for bars and restaurants, you also have restaurant within 5 minutes from the hotel. 2 minute drive to I-93"

"I was surprised how the kitchenette did not match the pictures on expedia. I was also surprised to have to pay a parking fee. We had to clean the pots a lot in order to use them. I thought I would need to buy dishing washing liquid. When I asked if there was any to purchase, I was given one. I did not like condition of the hallways near the elevator and how some of the hallway on the second floor was undone. For what I paid, I was not pleased. The people that work there were nice, except when I asked a housekeeper on our floor about just making the beds as I was leaving the room. (I had taken out the garbage myself and had only left the garbage cans outside for bags.) She gave an answer that I did not really understand her meaning. When the beds were still undone later in the day, I guess she just could not do it. Oh well. I don’t plan to visit this hotel in the future."

"Everything was great except the pool. It was kind of grimy looking. But that isn't something that is a necessity for us. The room was spacious with plenty of desk space for us to work remotely. The kitchenette had the necessary pots/pans/etc to make some basic dinners. We stayed a week while visiting kids/grandkids near by. It was perfect for us and I suspect we will be booking it again."
