「This property was a good value. We were in town for a high school graduation so we weren't at the unit very often. The sofa in our unit was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small. The stairs walking up to the units and our particular unit are very steep. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Overall it is a good value.」

「Stay away from this apartment. The apartment was easily in excess of 90 degrees with very inadequate air conditioning. In addition the owner remotely disconnected the air conditioning after 9 p.m. and the temperature in the apartment exceeded 90 degrees. It is very unnerving that the owner has electronic devices that they control remotely. After contacting the owner, they said there is nothing they can do about it and refused to change anything or to refund my money. Do not stay here.」
