After a long journey to manchester,we had no access into the apartment because the host was unreachable…i’ve never experienced such inconvenience in my life,we were left stranded and was told to expect a refund within 15 days…what if we had no other money to book somewhere else …it was after midnight before we got another hotel,i and my friend was so frustrated and exhausted…worst experience honestly

The host was unresponsive and on the day of arrival we had to book another hotel and pay out for it The customer service team at Vrbo were excellent in helping initiate a refund But even they could not get a response from host by many emails calls and messages Do not book !!

Awful

Host didn’t give any check in instructions then failed to communicate with me when being contacted ended up stranded outside the property with no way inside for 3-4 hours and no idea which apartment i had booked due to the lack of information. ended up having to get a hotel in town. worse experience EVER
