The Space:
Soft city lights spill through the windows as evening settles over Manchester’s Gay Village. You can curl up on the sofa with a warm drink, the glow of the skyline flickering outside, or start the morning brewing espresso in the kitchen before stepping out to explore the nearby Palace Theatre and Art Gallery. This Chicago Loft-Style Apartment places you in one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods, offering space to unwind after a long day while keeping you close to everything that makes Manchester buzz.
Sleeping arrangements
Two comfortable double bedrooms provide restful places to recharge, each fitted with blackout curtains, double wardrobes, and soft linens. A sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping space when needed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions. With room for up to six guests, this home is designed for both short city breaks and longer stays.
Living area
The open-plan layout features an inviting lounge where you can relax with a film on the 55" Smart TV, complete with access to Sky, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Large windows bring in natural light and reveal glimpses of the skyline. It’s a stylish space to return to after exploring Manchester’s energetic streets.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, washer, dryer, and Nespresso machine. A four-seater dining table serves as a comfortable spot for meals or as a workspace with fast WiFi connectivity. Cooking basics and dining essentials are provided, making it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out or a simple dinner in the evening.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom features a walk-in rainfall shower and bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and fresh towels. Everything you need for a refreshing start or relaxing end to your day is ready on arrival.
Amenities & features
You’ll have access to high-speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, central heating, and an elevator for easy access. The apartment is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and exterior security cameras for peace of mind. A Minut decibel sensor is installed in the communal living space.
Guest access & services
Self check-in is available via smart lock, and luggage dropoff is allowed for early arrivals or late departures. Long-term stays are welcome, and cleaning services can be arranged during your visit. For your safety and security, the property is equipped with noise decibel monitors, exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher.
Neighborhood
From your doorstep, you’re steps from Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop and within walking distance of the Northern Quarter, Bridgewater Hall, and the city’s best restaurants and nightlife. For those arriving by car, an NCP car park on Whitworth Street is only a short walk away. With its prime central location and thoughtful amenities, this apartment offers a comfortable and connected stay at the heart of Manchester.

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of the Gay Village. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is a public car park located Whitworth Street - charges may apply. The closest train stations are Oxford Street Station and Piccadilly Station - both are located within a short 5-minute walking distance. There are trams and buses available from Piccadilly Gardens, around 5-minutes walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.
