Welcome to our home!
Our lovely 102m2 property is located in the heart of Manchester.
The living room has a large sitting area, a Smart TV to watch all your favourite shows (Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and other streaming services are all provided free of charge for our guests to use), and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil your culinary requirements. A dishwasher and washing machine are also included.
The four bedrooms are elegantly decorated with artwork from local artists based around Manchester, and the double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
A dedicated games room is located on the 3rd floor, perfect for guests seeking quality entertainment. Equipped with a selection of classic arcade machines, including Space Invaders, Pac-Man, and Street Fighter. There's plenty of nostalgic fun to be had.
Additionally, the room offers various video game consoles for a diverse gaming experience as well as a darts board for those wanting to practise their shots. For those who prefer to unwind with a movie or TV show, the games room is also fitted with a Smart TV, with access to popular streaming services. Whether you're a competitive
gamer or just looking to enjoy some downtime with your family, this cozy retreat has something for everyone.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort before your stay.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.
Manchester is a major city in northwest England with a rich industrial heritage. The Castlefield conservation area's 18th-century canal system recalls the city's days as a textile powerhouse, and visitors can trace this history at the interactive Museum of Science & Industry. The revitalized Salford Quays dockyards now house the Daniel Libeskind-designed Imperial War Museum North and the Lowry Cultural Centre.
Our property is only:
- 5 minutes away from the Coop Live and the Etihad Stadium;
- 10 minutes away from Manchester City Centre;
- 15 minutes away from Heaton Park;
- 20 minutes away from Old Trafford Football Stadium;
- 30 minutes away from the Trafford Centre.
Our home is also surrounded by many transportation options to facilitate your needs: we are situated 5 minutes away from Newton Heath tram stop, which allows you to get the convenient tram into the heart of Manchester city centre in under 10 minutes. There are also many local buses running outside at the bus stop outside the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 pm).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings (8 max), loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
