Great facilities close to our work site. Rooms clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful. They were having issues during the stay with the electrics and hot water, which was out of their control, but it meant we had to move to a different hotel but it was all dealt with in a helpful and professional manner

In Manchester for 1 night for a concert at the Co Op Live Arena and booked this hotel as it came up as close to the venue. It's a little bit out of the centre but on a bus route so that was ok. Was a bit disappointed on arrival but very disappointed when we arrived to our room. Very dated and worn and whilst surface level clean, it was in desperate need of a revamp , peeling wall paper, flaking dirty paint. Looked nothing like the rooms on the Expedia website. It also had a strange smell and light for the bathroom was over the other side of the room....no where near the bathroom. We were in a rush and it was just one night so put up with it. Was very cold in the night too and I had to get up to adjust the very dated heater at 3 am. Was told when leaving that there are still rooms that need a refurb and unfortunately we were given one of those. Wish I had complained on arrival to get a decent room. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Very disappointed 😞
