Sadly signposted from outside. Says its a bar not a hotel. Reception location unclear inside. Full of hip notices with puns which aren't helpful. Room was cold - looked for & couldn't find a thermostat. Bed comfortable. Good night's sleep. Breakfast OK but some of the food was cold. Suspect would fail food inspection. Good priced happy hour cocktails

Really liked this hotel. Very different to others we have stayed in. Enjoyed the facilities and breakfast but did not like the noise outside at 3am.

Great hotel in central location
Great hotel in central location. Staff were superb. Rooms not the largest but comfortable and convenient for short stay. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Moxy is the best Hotel!
It’s our third time staying with Moxy for our anniversary. They went above and beyond decorating our room and making us feel welcome, and we were given two extra welcome drinks on top of the two others. We were even upgraded to a family room! The room was decorated with a lipstick message, balloons, rose petals and chocolates. It really made our anniversary special. We will always stay with Moxy!

Could be greatly improved by a bathtub and mirrors near surfaces for doing hair and makeup. But lovely rooms, friendly staff, very clean and modern.

My only remarks would be that the rooms are very small. I would say it is not designed for stays. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and you can always sit in the lobby, which is very inviting and comfortable. The staff is amazing; very friendly, polite and helpful!

Lovely overnight stay
Great overnight stay, clean & comfortable. Would be 5 stars if welcome package in room was better, this was very limited and breakfast wasn’t great at am additional cost.

I think the location was great as it was central to the tram we needed to take into Old Trafford. The folks at the front desk were super nice and helpful with directions and navigations. The rooms were really small, and the bathroom was tiny and dirty at the corners were water seeped out when bathing. It was fine for a one night stay, but I wouldnt stay longer than that. PROS: Great customer service, cute decor, games room, and photo booth CONS: The breakfast was very limited, and the ambiance felt very teenager-ish. No phone in room.
