Used for overnight stay for gig in Manchester. Met by host on arrival which was good as instructions were to call the contact number before arrival. However, this was just an inaudible recorded message. Room was warm and clean with small kitchen area (tea andd milk provided but no coffee) and bathroom with shower.

Room was awful wasn't cheap but bathroom wasnt clean. Wasnt even a TV in the room. Pots and pans needed a wash just not up to scratch. The siunds in the evening sounded more like a hostel than a hotel empty cans of beer at the bottom of the stairs as i left

The milk went off in January 2024, the code wouldn’t work on our door so got locked out for half an hour & there was dust and dirt all around the room

This property is false advertisement the rooms are not like the picture. There was no air con or a fan the room was unbearable. It was dirty and smelt horrific there was no check in desk just a lady who scanned your card with her phone. The room next door was having work done on it banging drilling and mess we didn’t stay we left after I’d found another hotel i couldn’t let my 14 year old son stay there it shouldn’t be able to advertise avoid at all costs

The room was absolutely disgusting. Hadnt been hoovered or cleaned. There was bits of food, hairs, a vape and toothpaste everywhere. The staff could hardly understand us or speak English. And we didnt have a tv, when we were told we would have.
