I noticed extensive mould in the bathroom as soon as I checked in and contacted My Property Host and Vrbo. Vrbo moved me for a night for cleaning to be done, I got no updates from the host and the stay in other property had to be extended communucation was poor and different people responding each time. Proprtery was also not kept in good condition with dents and marks in all the walls, stain om the sofa, etc. I still have not had a response from My Property Host about a refund as I could not stay in the property so I have instead had to go through my credit card
