The area also benefits from nearby green spaces and canal-side walking routes along the Ashton Canal, providing pleasant outdoor areas for relaxation and exercise. Larger retail and leisure facilities are easily reached in nearby Ashton-under-Lyne and Manchester city centre, giving guests a wide range of options within a short distance.

    Covers accidental damages up to £30 (e.g., minor scratches, stains, or broken items).
