“We have attempted to communicate with management several times to no avail. They were drastically understaffed. We were told there was not enough staff to help with our bags because they were focused on helping a tour bus that would be arriving soon. We witnessed a waitress being berated by a guest asking for management support to no avail. We were unable to get in our room for over an hour because the keys did not work and they had to call someone in to help... they list goes on and on. ……
“We had a wonderful stay at The Landgrove! The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home. It's a truly family-friendly place with a warm, personal touch that makes all the difference. The interiors are beautiful, cozy, and full of character, the food is delicious, and the fireplace in our room was absolutely amazing! Such a charming and special place. We would love to come back!”
“We enjoyed our stay immensely! Our room was lovely and clean. The pillows and bed were very comfortable! The Green Mountain coffee in our room was a nice touch! Our only complaint was that there wasn’t real cream for our coffee, so next time, we will bring our own. The large walk-in shower was very nice as well.
The main common area was beautiful and homey! The kitchen seemed fully equipped, but we didn’t have any meals there.
We will definitely come back for a longer stay!”
