“Hello,
I recently stayed at the Lady Luck hotel and unfortunately, don't have a positive review.
The entire buildings AC was broken and it was incredibly hot in the room; even with the window open (4 inches) it was impossible to sleep.
Also, the elevators are horrible, and take an average time of 5-10 minutes! This place seemed to be operating in White Lotus survival mode honestly. I'd love for management to reach out and either refund my money or comp it. Sadly, nothing really sticks out as……

“We didn’t eat breakfast there. There is no “kitchen”at this property. There is a bar and they have a fryer and a microwave. Everything is frozen. We ordered pretzel bites and they were microwaved. ”

“Staff was amazing we definitely did our research so we knew that it would be more of camper/hostel/hiking hotel. It's seen a lot of wear. The skylight above the beds is tough it stops the room from being dark in the morning which is really unfortunate. Loved the space and would stay again ”

“Hotel did not keep the reservation. We made reservations at the hotel and a day before arriving to Boulder. We called the hotel to confirm our stay to find out that they do not have rooms for us even though they had the reservation.
The hotel staff refused to help
I warn anyone against staying at the hotel. You never know when they’re gonna cancel your reservation just because they feel like it.”

“We really loved our stay! It is a beautiful spot and the home is well built in the high winds.
We had a few small issues we noticed and the hosts were quick to take care of them while we were there.
We did not quite realize the altitude was as high as it was, (we were coming from 1,000 feet) but the view and beauty made it worth it.
The sauna, hot tub and wood stove were all wonderful ways to stay warm in the chilly winter. ”

“The young lady at the check in desk was very welcoming and helpful. The bartenders are all very courteous and the service is great. It's a nice property and easy to get around. You can walk to several other casinos if you want a change of pace but this one is big and has everything you need. You can walk to Lady Luck Casino without going outside if you want to see more gaming options.
There is only one desk chair to sit on in the room so you don't really hang out in there but the beds are clean……
