「You booked me for the wrong motel. You booked me in Durango Mexico, I wanted to stay in Durango Colorado. How do I get my money back that you booked me in the wrong country city and state. I am very disappointed. We had to find another hotel and it was absolutely deplorable everything was full I want a refund」

「The room were cleaned. Furniture were very old, fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The AC was extremely noisy we had to turn it off because of the noise.
Breakfast was very limited, no bread or bagel. There was coffee, cereals, yogurt, muffins small and loaded with calories, orange Juice waffle that you have to prepare yourself. The breakfast room 6 tables, but outdoors seating was available. Parking was next to the room.」

「Our room was very dirty. The carpet needs cleaning. There was black and blue stuff smeared on the sink and vanity. The arm chairs were very dirty. There was dirt on the walls. Our door had a hard time locking and staying shut. Very thankful the air conditioner worked very well. Amenities were sparse. What was there was useful. Staff we spoke to were great. Wish it was a better experience for what we paid.」
