「The hotel pictured on the website and that I ultimately reserved was not the hotel that I checked into. When I pulled into the parking lot, I had to double check both addresses to confirm I was in the correct location. The outside of the building was old, outdated, in need of repairs, and did not match the listing on Expedia. 「My room's coffee setup was not complete. When I asked the staff, no one was helpful. The shower bathtub did not have any antislip setup. Take showers at your own risk.」

「The carpet was dirty/stained. The microwave was dirty inside. The bathtub was stained and there was a spot in the floor of the tub that you could push on and it literally dented in. Fire sprinkler in the shower was very rusty.」

「The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving.」
