Outside, you will find two private porches, one sunny and one in the shade, which will allow you to always find some refreshment. Inside, the living room is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is also a Nescafè Dolce Gusto machine to always enjoy an excellent coffee. The double bedroom has mosquito nets and direct access to the shaded porch. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. From 2025 there will be air conditioning in the apartment. The residence in which the apartment is located offers very pleasant and well-kept common areas, with typical Mediterranean vegetation and a spacious swimming pool with solarium area and view of the lake. You will have two sun loungers and an umbrella at your disposal to relax by the pool. The pool is also ideal for children, thanks to an area with a height of 0.60 m.
