Brand new luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium featuring a unique mid-century modern decor, light and bright with balcony and golf course views. Located in Colbert Hills at Grande Mere within walking distance to Colbert Hills club house and golf course. Also, only minutes away from KSU, NBAF, and downtown Manhattan. Located on the west side, only 12 miles from Ft. Riley. We offer a private pool (seasonal), fitness center, covered parking with designated spot for one car (large open lot as well) secured entry and elevators, making your stay as comfortable and safe as possible.

The condo is equipped with a smart TV, loaded with streaming apps for you to log in to, cable, as well as a Bluetooth soundbar with sub-woofer, which you can connect your devices to. Don't worry if you forget your phone, charger we have multiple styles available. A Keurig coffee maker is provided with coffee pods so you don’t need to go without that cup of Joe first thing in the morning ☕️ We have tried to anticipate our guests every need during their stay with us. We are also open to suggestions should you think of anything else we can provide for a 5-Star stay.


As much as we love our furry family members there are no pets allowed.

Rented this for our annual game weekend as a family. What an amazing place. Love the tall ceilings! Husband is well over 6 foot and the shower head was well above him! Thank you. We don’t find m any places like this. Hope to be back here again next year.

Beautiful and comfortable stay!
Leslie's property was awesome! The entire place was clean and very comfortable. The images online are very accurate! It was a wonderful stay after driving for a whole day. Getting in and out was made super easy as Leslie provided all the codes you would need before check-in, and everything worked properly when we arrived. Parking was awesome as well! We were able to park right at the entrance of the building and get in and out very quickly. We loved our stay and thank Leslie for having us!

This was a very awesome property. Right on the course. I stayed about 2 months. If I ran out of anything I would just let the property manager,Leslie, know and it would be delivered ASAP. I would definitely stay again when I am in the area.

My husband and I enjoyed our several night stay in this condo. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and is nicely decorated and very clean. The host was very communicative and worked with us to extend night by night as needed. Would definitely stay again!
